Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. A pickup fee of 15 AED will be applied for returns within Dubai and Sharjah. Pickup fees for other emirates may vary. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Defective Products: We will gladly exchange defective products. You must report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos or videos of the defect when contacting us.
Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping: For returns of unopened products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (pickup fee). For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds for returned items will be processed online to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders unless the return pickup charges are paid online first. We will send you a payment link for the pickup fee. After the pickup fee is paid, the refund will be processed to your card as mentioned above.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange defective items for the same product, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
